2025 Salty Teams

In this inaugural club season, the Salty rosters will be formed by invitation. This was a decision spontaneously borne out of being a brand new club, and our desire to actually make this "work" and meet the needs of players and families in the NW Iowa region. Existing relationships and the establishment of brand new ones have helped in this process, and we are so encouraged by (and thankful for) the interest and optimism for what this experience will be. The "roster by invitation" model was especially necessary this year, in order to make sure the team(s) could be formed in a complementary way (players that play the positions and have the skills that the game requires). The model will also allow us to register for desired events, and ensures that we will be able to support all players making this commitment. In the future (perhaps as early as next year), the club's popularity/reputation will allow for more athletes to participate, tryout for roster spots, or join us for training sessions. At this time (the fall of 2024), we will field three fully rostered teams that play a tournament schedule, and we also plan to open up our training/practice sessions to several more players not on those competition rosters.
